Welcome to Wrestler's World! This is a literate RPG about our favourite sport, wrestling! There isn't really a plot but there is a main story line--
WrestleMania is a community built on wrestling. All the inhabitants are wrestlers, and everything in the community revolves around wrestling. The schools teach wrestling, stores carry wrestling tights and outfits, etc. Your job is to create a wrestler and role-play it! Whether it be a kid, or a full grown adult, your character is a wrestler. So come on! Join us! Do your best to become a champion!

---> August 5/2008 I've made a couple minor changes to the site that I should explain. First off, I removed the Karma feature, since well, I don't like it, and secondly, I've added a 'Points Code' which changes some stuff. As mentioned in the rules, you can increase your SPs by posting training sessions. And the initial key was 1 point for every 2 posts. This rule still applies, as for every post you make, your points will increase by 0.5, but you won't see that. So, from now on, Post Counts will only increase in boards where you can post training//wrestling sessions. So each member must keep an eye on their points. Once you reach 10-20 points, you must PM an admin, letting them know how many points you'd like to add to which SP stat. So, get posting guys!
---> July 31/08 Okay, so Wrestler's World has been open for almost a month and we only have 3 members! I expected more than this, and I intend to gain more members. Today I added our URL to Google, and posted in Yahoo! Answers. To the members we have, future members and guests, please post our website URL and all on Yahoo! Answers as much as you can, but not too much as to sound desperate. Thanks again!

..WW Rules && Regulations.. « Thread Started on Jul 4, 2008, 9:02pm »
Rules && Regulations:
1. - Be kind to others OOC. We all realize that IC, there are some rivalries, but even then, don't go too far. Mild cursing is allowed OOC, but don't over do it. Mild swearing is allowed OOC, but not directly to another member//guest. Also, please keep personal OOC fights out of the ChatterBox (C-Box). If you must feud with another member, do it privately through PMs.
2. - No spamming. This will not be tolerated at any time. If you don't know what spamming is, it is when you post a lot of times, but your posts have no point to them. For insta nce, if you wanted to say "Hello", you would post "H", then you would post "e", then you would post "l", then you would post "l" again, then you would post "o". This would increase your post count, but that is the wrong way to do it. Spamming is also known as flooding or flaming, so don't try and weasel your way out of it by changing the name. This rule applies everywhere on this site including general posting areas, the C-Box, and PMs.
3. - One wrestler per account. I understand that some members would like to have more than one wrestler, and that's okay. But if you'd like to make another wrestler, please make another seperate account for it. Each member is allowed to have a total of 3 wrestlers, equalling 3 different accounts. You don't have to do this, but it is recommended that before creating another account, notify an admin through PM.
4. - ABSOLUTELY NO PORNOGRAPHIC CONTENT ON THIS SITE WHATSOEVER! I can't stress this enough, but I will try. It is considered mature content, and you never know how old some of the members on this site are. If anyone is caught discussing this, or posting it in any way (including in PMs to other members), that person(s) will have to face severe consequences. It's just not appropriate for a site that many children may join. This is a respectful site, that role plays about an excellent sport. Please do not tarnish that.
5. - No discussing religions. No matter how hard you try, in some way you will, maybe by accident, offend someone. But, this means no discussing it somewhere where everyone can read it. This includes the C-Box, and other posts and threads. You may however, discuss it with another member through PMs as long as the other member agrees to discuss it with you. Again, this relates to Rule 1, but somehow, it always ends up being a problem.
6. - No power-playing, god-moding, etc. Again, for those of you who don't know what this is, power-playing is when you control another character without permission. For example, you have been chosen to post the match. You have agreed that the first move your opponent will make is a clothesline, and it hits. But instead, you post it so that your opponent misses, and you are harm-free. None of this please.
Consequences:
-Violating rules 1, 2, and 3 once, will lose you 5% of your posts, and a warning.
->Violating rule 4 once, will lose you 7% of your posts, and I will ban you for 1 month. Violating rule5 once, you lose 7% of your posts and will be banned for 1 week
-Violating rules 1, 2, and 3 twice, will lose you 10% of your posts, and ban you for 1 week.
->Violating rules 4 or 5 twice, will lose you 13% of your posts and ban you for 2 months
-Violating rules 1, 2, and 3 thrice, will lose you 15% of your posts and ban you for 3 months
->Violating rules 4 or 5 thrice, You will be banned permanently and your account will be deleted.
-Violating rules 1, 2, and 3 a fourth time, will lose you 50% of your posts, and ban you for 4 months.
-Violating rules 1, 2, and 3 a fifth time, You will be banned permanently and your account will be deleted.
Abide by these rules, and you'll have a fun time here.
